Mobile App Development
Apps That Work.
A Team That Answers.
End-to-end mobile app development for iOS and Android. We test every build on real phones and stay with you after launch. Every project starts with a version of your app you can tap through on your phone, so you know exactly what you're getting before the full build starts.
●Get your app prototypeThe Prototype
See it. Tap it. Share it. Then build it.
Most agencies ask you to approve a budget based on static mockups. We start with a working prototype instead: real screens, real flows, and sample data, sent to you as a link. Open it in your phone's browser, tap through it, and share it with your team, your customers, or your investors. Change your mind here, where changes cost the least.
STEP 1
Open the link
No app store, no install. Your prototype runs in the browser on any phone.
STEP 2
Tap through it
Real screens and real flows with sample data, not a slideshow of mockups.
STEP 3
Share it
Send it to your team, your customers, or investors and collect feedback before the build.
Why It Works
Stop paying to find out the app is wrong.
The prototype is a small first step. You use it, we gather your feedback, and you decide on the full build once you've seen your app working.
The usual way
Approve static mockups
Commit to the full budget
Wait months to use anything
Discover the flow doesn't work at launch
The Graphem way
Start with a working prototype in days
Test it with your team and real users
Fix the flow before the full build, not after launch
Fewer surprises and less back-and-forth once the build starts
Why Choose Us
Why not just use an AI app builder?
Tools like Lovable and Bolt are great for testing an idea on your own, and we use AI every day too. The difference shows once real customers download your app, trust it with their data, and rely on it for years.
All-in-one AI app builders
Graphem
The prototype
Screens guessed from a prompt, usually rebuilt from scratch when it's time for a real app
Planned with you around your users and systems, by the team that builds the real app, so nothing is thrown away
Testing & store approval
You test it yourself and deal with App Store and Google Play rejections on your own
Tested on real devices by our QA team, and we take it through App Store and Google Play review with you
Complex features
Great at screens and simple flows
Logins, permissions, integrations with your CRM or ERP, and the edge cases
Security
Generated code that nobody has reviewed
Designed for privacy and reviewed by engineers
Ownership
Your app lives on their platform, at their prices
Your code and your store accounts, with no lock-in
After launch
You're on your own when something breaks
A team that updates your app for every new iOS and Android release
Already built something with an AI builder? Bring it. We'll tell you what it takes to make it production-ready.
●Get it reviewedWhat We Build
Apps for your customers, your field teams, and everything in between.
Customer-facing apps
Booking, ordering, loyalty, account management. The app your customers keep on their home screen, connected to the systems you already run.
Field & operations apps
Inspections, checklists, delivery tracking, photo capture, offline mode. Built for the people who do the work away from a desk.
Companion apps for your platform
Already have a portal or SaaS product? We build the mobile app on the same backend, so both stay in sync.
Website to app
Turn the website or web app your customers already use into a real app in the App Store and Google Play, with push notifications and native features.
Backends & APIs
The part users never see: accounts, permissions, data, payments, and integrations with your CRM or ERP.
App takeover & rescue
Inherited an app nobody can update? We audit it, stabilize it, get it building again, and tell you honestly whether it's worth keeping.
The Stack
One codebase. Both app stores.
For most mobile app development projects, we build with Flutter, Google's toolkit for making iPhone and Android apps from a single codebase. Instead of two separate apps that slowly drift apart, you get one app that runs natively on both.
Launch everywhere at once
Your app goes live on the App Store and Google Play together, so no customer has to wait for "the Android version".
Same features, same day
New features launch on iPhone and Android together, not months apart.
One fix, both phones
A bug fixed once is fixed for every user, whatever phone they carry.
The Process
Our mobile app development process, from idea to app store
01
Discovery
We map who uses the app, what they need to do, and what it connects to, and separate what matters for launch from what can wait.
02
Working prototype
For a smaller first fee, you get a link to a working prototype of your app. Tap through it on your phone and share it before anything is final.
03
Feedback & estimate
We tune the plan based on your feedback on the prototype. You get a price and timeline for the full build based on an app you've already used.
04
Build
We build the full app for iOS and Android, starting from what you tested and approved in the prototype.
05
QA & launch
Our quality team tests every build on real devices, then we handle App Store and Google Play review with you.
06
Ongoing care
Apple and Google update their systems every year. Our maintenance plans keep your app compatible, secure, and improving.
Is This a Fit?
Are we the right team for your app?
We're a strong fit if you:
Have a clear business reason for an app, not just "we should have one"
Want to test your app with real users before the full build
Want a long-term partner who maintains it after launch
Value being told when a website would serve you better than an app
We also have you covered if you need:
A web application or customer portal alongside your app
A fast prototype to validate an idea or raise funding
Updates and fixes for an existing app
A marketing website to promote your app
What It Costs
Start small. Build with confidence.
Every app is different, so we won't publish a price list that's wrong for your project. What we can tell you exactly is how pricing works:
Step one is a paid prototype. For a smaller first fee, we build a working prototype of your app that you can tap through and share. It's a fraction of the cost of the full build, and it's where most mistakes get caught.
Then we tune it. Your feedback shapes the prototype and the plan, and we estimate the full build based on what you've tested. You move forward once you're confident in the direction.
Once your app is live, ongoing work runs on a monthly maintenance plan.

FAQ
Can I see my app working before the full build?
Yes. Every project starts with a working prototype, built for a smaller first fee. You tap through it in your phone's browser, share it, and only then decide whether to go ahead with the full build.
Do you build for both iOS and Android?
Yes. Most projects use Flutter, so one codebase covers both platforms. When an app needs it, we also build native apps.
Do we own the app and the code?
Yes. The app and its code belong to you, and we publish it under your own App Store and Google Play developer accounts.
Can you take over an app someone else built?
Often. We start with a paid audit and give you a written assessment of what it would take to stabilize and extend it. Sometimes the answer is "rebuild." We'll tell you when it is.
What happens after launch?
Most clients move onto a maintenance plan covering OS updates, security, monitoring, and a monthly block of development hours. Apps that aren't maintained stop working on new phones.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We're happy to sign an NDA if you need one.
Where is your team?
Vancouver, Canada.
